We typically work with a 50% deposit to begin work, with the remainder due upon project completion and your approval. For larger projects over $25K, we can arrange milestone-based payments. We never require full payment upfront.

The only required ongoing cost is hosting, which starts at $199/month for our VPN-protected hosting. Optional maintenance packages range from $299-999/month based on application complexity, but early adopters receive a one-year rate freeze regardless of complexity. Additional support hours are $75/hour. All changes are discussed thoroughly with complete transparency.

If you're not completely satisfied with your completed website within 30 days of launch, we'll work with you to make it right at no additional cost. Our goal is always to ensure you're completely satisfied with the final result.

Minor changes and refinements are included in our project scope. For significant changes or additional features beyond the original agreement, we'll provide a change order with transparent pricing before proceeding. Most scope changes range from $500-5000 depending on complexity.
